Distance Reiki is a complementary, spiritual practice intended to support relaxation, reflection, and personal wellbeing.

5. Orders and Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise
• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase
• Orders will not be processed until payment has cleared

I reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary. If payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.

 

 

6. Custom Memorial Products

Memorial items are created with care and sensitivity and are usually made to your specifications.

Because these products are custom-made:

• Cancellations and refunds are not available once production has begun
• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 14 days so we can arrange a replacement or appropriate solution

I understand the emotional importance of these items and encourage you to reach out with any questions before ordering.

 

7. Digital Products and Booked Services

For digital products and booked services (including Reiki sessions):

• Access is provided as described at the time of purchase
• Refunds are not offered once content has been accessed or a session has taken place, unless required by law
